Scope of work includes receiving and questioning the brief, preparing the media diary and media plan, set up (including checking creatives), site tagging and trafficking, monitoring performance, making optimizations, reporting and actualisation.Client Management, Partner Management and Effective Communication:Liaise with team members, clients (Singapore Airlines), internal partners (biddable, advertising operations, finance, local stations) and external partners (creative agency and publishers) concisely in Teams and Outlook emails and meetings daily, while managing expectations for key performance indicators and timelines.Strategic Planner and Creative Problem Solver:Prepare annual planning Powerpoint decks, using Global Web Index and Qualtrics to quantify the target audience, and recommending suitable key channels and strategies to meet client goals based on historical data while adapting to the changing media landscape and testing available new tools.
