By bringing together current business leaders and top students from across the country, the John R. Lewis Racial Justice Case Competition (JLCC) goes beyond short-term solutions and brings lasting change. The JLCC is the first of its kind student-run case competition focused on racial justice, that provides students the opportunity to understand the history of systemic racism in the US and provide bold, innovative, and actionable recommendations for companies actively looking to address issues of racial inequality both inside and outside their organizations. My role focused on identifying and securing competition sponsors.

Responsible for leading client engagements and managing engagement teams. This role allows me to utilize my skills in team leadership/development managing both up and down in a matrixed organization. In addition to driving the creation of search strategies, I also solve client challenges across the gamut of human capital pain points.

Senior Recruiters build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. The senior recruiter uses a detailed knowledge of human capital management, talent development/identification and consulting skill to add value to life science clients.

As a Senior Associate, I am trusted to handle client communication and management independently. This includes the identification and engagement of potential candidates and conducting both preliminary and in-depth phone interviews to determine their interests and qualifications. Within this role I've also helped with internal changes across our growing firm, including: onboarding, training, employee engagement studies, and client management practices.

Worked in the front office registering an average of 140 patients per day for office visits while also performing numerous administrative assistant duties that include word processing, mail handling, and processing patient payment.
