Payroll Management• Handling the salary administration ( MS Excel / Software )• Preparing the Bonus, Incentive & Good Working Allowances as Over Time, etc.Statutory Compliance• Preparing the monthly, half yearly, annually returns for ESI Act, EPF Act, Welfare Act, etc.• Renewal of contract license, Fire certificate etc.• Ensuring statutory compliance at all level involving liaison with external agencies, offices, like Weights & Measurement Department, Electricity Board, Water Supply Board, Labour Department, Fire Station, etc. under Factories Act etc.Welfare Management • Conducting the Code of Uniforms for workers only.• Handling the Book-Keeping, Suggestion & Reward Management system.• Looking first aid box, fire safety equipments, suggestions box etc.Time Office Management• Posting of Attendance, Leave, OD Slip, etc.• Drafting office’s notice, circular, orders, memos, etc.• Checking all types of bills like contractor’s bill, management consultant’s bill, traveler’s bill, electricity bill, etc. AdministrationGeneral Administration• Handling Security arrangement System, Canteen Procedures, etc.• Looking Transport Management System.House-Keeping Management • Handling cleaning system daily, weekly like cleaning of clock room, deep cleaning, pest control activities, etc.• Handling Plantation activities, etc.Human Resource Development .Recruitment & Selection Process• Organizing recruitment as per approved standard force.• Preparing letters related to the process of Recruitment & Selection• Handling the Induction process & taking care of joining formalities.Human Resource Information System• Preparing MIS.• Maintaining the Filing & Indexing System
