She-Rae was an elite level gymnast and NCAA Division I Gymnast at Stanford, but after she got married and had children, exercising and taking care of her own body fell to the bottom of the list. Awakened by a health scare, she became a voracious student and armed herself with knowledge about sports and exercise nutrition, physical fitness, and the mind body connection. She-Rae is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT), Sports and Exercise Nutrition Coach (PN1) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) - trained at CorePower Yoga. She-Rae received her BS in Electrical Engineering at Stanford and her MBA at Harvard Business School. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three young kids and in her free time she enjoys being active outdoors, running, playing tennis, swimming, practicing yoga, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.She believes in human potential and that you can learn and be anything.
