CurrentProvide oversight and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all administrative positions employed by contract. Research issues that may arise for employees by using internet and available work documents.Maintain and update automated systems for tracking obligation and expenditure of funds. Monitor and report fund obligations, expenditures, and budget status on a $14M/yr contract.Analyze program and administrative functions, and produce reports identifying burn-rates, variances between actual and budgeted cost, schedule, and performance factors.Reconcile credit card accounts for 30+ travelersComplete personnel and administrative actions to include manpower resource allocation, recruitment, transfer, and temporary assignment.Assists in the planning and preparation of system implementation efforts and provides written responses to advanced-level requests for information.Participates in strategic planning and communicating the company’s vision and objectives in the development, administration and operation of program plans, policies, procedures and controls in compliance with ISO rules and regulations.Exercise managerial authority to include task assignments for technical and clerical employees to determine success in achieving objectives when Technical Manager is unavailable.Provide coaching and organizational development for contractual employees.Provide guidance on travel regulations and ensure travel practices meet FAALC criteria and government requirements.Develop improved methods for identifying resource requirements, measuring manpower and budget utilization, implementing improved work procedures, and reporting improvements in operations.Analyze existing and proposed changes to organizational structures, charts, and mission and functional statements, to assist in eliminating functional overlap or duplication among FAALC programs.Acts as a liaison between the company, government organization and contract employees.
