I support the National Wireless Program by acting as the first point of contact for all FAA and some DOT employees regarding issues concerning wireless devices such as air cards, cell phones, Blackberries, I pads, etc. I assist all callers with activation of devices, first level of troubleshooting devices, as well as ordering replacement and new devices for FAA employees nationwide. I have become an expert at assisting callers with rate plans, features and coverage questions, which has resulted in the National Wireless Program customers having a better knowledge of what the National Wireless Program offers. I also act as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer for co-workers that are unaware of National Wireless Program policies and procedures. I am an expert at using BMC Remedy Ticketing system for reporting issues to the National Wireless Level 2 team. I have become the main contact for Level 2 when an issue arises that requires Level 1 assistance. I am responsible for accurately and quickly documenting customer issues and resolution in trouble ticket system. I analyze data to determine trends and required changes for systems and processes. Utilizing knowledge gained through on the job and formal training to provide assistance to customers with technical issues in order to resolve issues and allow customers to perform on the job tasks. I am accountable for monitoring systems using standard tools and processes for identification of system issues. In this position I am very effective in communicating orally and in writing to convey technical information. Organization plays a key role in my job functions.

I am able to organize time management, work independently, follow directions and complete tasks in an effective and expeditious manner. I have managed large amounts of data entry; managed large volumes of emails and answered several status calls from users. In order to be effective in maintaining the workload, I have had to be very organized and efficient to ensure the information provided was accurate.

In addition, I continuously assessing employee engagement and morale, and worked with corporate leaders to develop initiatives to ensure the workplace culture was consistent with core organizational values. I had the ability to work and direct others to work in a team-oriented manner to complete organizational goals to become successful in job duties.
