- I am a bi-racial white-presenting, first-generation immigrant, cis-gender woman- I've spent 20 years working in nonprofit sector in direct service to support communities, leaders and purpose. I fell into the niche of working in start-ups and turn-around environments and loved it. From there I've become certified in Change Management, Coaching and Human Centered Design to better understand what makes people excel, adapt, and thrive.- My passion and focus in this work is to support breakthroughs for leaders and organizations. Breakthroughs create the shifts that can invite a new reality, and my work focuses on identifying where there are opportunities for a leader and organization, where there is resistance, and designing approaches to support unlearning, release, acceptance of new norms or needs, and confidence to start.- Unapologetically centers equity.
