Gozynta builds software solutions for MSPs. Our primary products are:Gozynta Mobius - Trusted by over a thousand MSPs to keep their accounting data up to date between ConnectWise Manage and QuickBooks Online.Tixt - Texting connector for ConnectWise Manage that lets you text your customers from a ticket as easily as you can email them.Our company motto is "All software sucks. We're just trying to make it suck less." This isn't so that we have an excuse to make sucky software, quite the opposite. It's a reminder to look at our software from our customer's perspective, constantly seek out the sucky parts, and work to make them suck less. We will always have room to improve and must strive to do better.

The first code for Gozynta Mobius was written at Mobius Works in 2012. We built at least a dozen integrations with ConnectWise Manage and other software. These are the roots that Gozynta grew from.When I started at Mobius Works it was just 5 of us doing break-fix IT. In the coming years we grew from 5 people to 25 people.We developed a software consulting practice out of a partnership with EpiCenter. We were their technical arm as they supported Epicor's ERP software. I initially handled all of that work personally. By 2013 I grew a team under me so that Mobius Works was half MSP, half software consulting/custom development.In 2016 we sold the MSP part of the business, which still operates in Westfield as part of Integrated IT. At this time we, I stepped up as CEO. We had 3 lines of business: custom software development for Epicor ERP, managed services (including cloud hosting) specifically for the Epicor ERP software, and software integrations for ConnectWise Manage.In 2018, I spun off the ConnectWise products to form Gozynta. The remainder of Mobius was purchased by EpiCenter and still provides a deep level of technical knowledge to the Epicor software community.

I am the technology lead for custom software development, performance troubleshooting, and system setup/troubleshooting. I usually get called on to fix the hard problems.

I was the IT department at EBS through a period of change. I built the network environment from the ground up. I did some custom development to different business systems, as well as revamped the firmware of a leading product; releasing a major software update.

While working at Camfour, I eventually ended up spending part of my week at their sister company Belt Technologies. I was the sole IT support person for the company. I kept their antiquated accounting/ERP system running, and supported all their servers and desktop workstations. I added small bits of custom software, where needed, to help make the company operate more efficiently.

While at Camfour I had a variety of IT responsibilities. I provided desktop support, as well as phone support. I setup Linux systems to handle email and as the network firewall.My single largest accomplishment was rewriting, from the ground up, the software that our customers used to order product. At the time, very few of our customers had reliable, always-on internet connections. The software was the latest version of our online catalog software. It could use either the internet, or a direct-dial modem connection to download updates to our catalog, and send product orders in to us.
