Led team to expand development and increase rankings for the online MBA to the Top 10 U.S. News & World Report, increasing rankings to #5, #3 and #2.• Assistant Director, Master of Real Estate Development (Oct. 2008-May 2011)Assistant Director for MRED (Master of Real Estate Development), an accelerated graduate program. Managed operations including student services and academic requirements, assisting students with technical needs. Charged with the development of online university curriculum, policies and procedures for startup online institution which opened in March 2007. Responsibilities included day-to-day operations, introduction of University to the construction community and establishing initial contacts with the residential construction industry locally, regionally, and nationally. Served as executive administrator for the State of Arizona licensure ensuring fulfillment of all requirements.
