At ProbityX, my responsibilities include: - Managing customer relationships- Ensuring that the supplier/vendor company maintains a healthy scorecard on the CMS- Guiding individuals to negotiate through the CMS - Providing telephonic and online training support for suppliers/ vendor - Serving as a daily point of contact for suppliers - Providing assistance to suppliers to attain procurement readiness and addressing vendor gaps - Administering vendor support mailboxes and managing an effective online support system

Using my skills that I had accumulated over the years both as a teacher and as anemployer I was offered a position with a small company to assist with their HR processesfor more than 30 employees.During my time at Procure, I:- Helped establish core-values and the ethos for the company as well as company documents that would reflect the culture.- Helped create the Corporate Image including a company brochure design.- Created process flows for various clients related to the staff activities aligned to the clients’ service level agreement. - Monitored staff performance and developed statistical reports in this regard for payroll purposes. - Created MS Excel pivot tables to measure call records as well as Productivity reports for clients. - Ensured staff well-being, ongoing motivation. - Wrote and implemented company policies. - Designed, wrote and implemented process flows and training development.- Organised events - Staff awards and year end function.

I established, taught at and successfully governed a pre-school for children ages 2-6 for 13 years. At its inception, I collaborated with a master teacher to develop a curriculum that was ideally suited for the demographics of South Africa without compromising on a quality early education. Little Leaders became one of the highest recommended nursery schools in the area. At the height of our success, I employed 16 staff and we taught 120 students. Unfortunately, due to COVID19 the school encountered economic hardship and subsequently closed in December 2020.
