Serve as a Strategic Program Manager, helping project managers plan and deliver of strategic and technical programs. Partner and work closely with leaders across various internal Booz Allen subaccounts and government stakeholder to develop technical roadmap and provide measurable strategic goals. Plan, organize, and ensure completion of programs on schedule and within budget in pursuit of delivering business and technical outcomes. Work across a variety of operational and technical teams as needed to manage resources, schedules, financials, risk, and quality assurance. Identify and manage issues, risks, and project/program change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Major contributor to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving program delivery. Perform objective, independent risk reviews for opportunities/proposals as required, as well as execution review oversight of the portfolio of projects assigned to me. Collaborate with Account leadership to support the effective management of the portfolio and mentor project teams on process, methods, techniques and tools to improve quality outcomes. Include other team members and SMEs in reviews as necessary to ensure the entire scope of work of the projects are properly reviewed. Participate in other account reviews as a SME to support comprehensive reviews of blended projects. Help evolve the processes to account for all types of technical work and continuously improve its effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure my actions are aligned with the FY21 OCEO, Enterprise Risk and Security objectives. Contribute to the OCEO, Enterprise Risk and Security initiatives as required to streamline risk management processes across the firm.

Manages 100+ direct reports across four projects totaling $30.8M per year (with a combined $122M contract ceiling) consisting of Graphic Designers, Production Technicians, Systems Analysts, System Admins, Cloud DevOps Engineers, Front-end/Back-end/mobile Developers, Data Scientist and Business Analyst in support of approximately 18 Analysis and 3 Technology Offices with creation of finished analytical products, dissemination of finished intelligence products, implementation of new policies, and execution of centralize production procedures as well as system management . Oversees 16 subcontractor companies’ performance and initiate corrective action if performance falters.
