I am responsible for overseeing the entire BuyTV process. Including but not limited to scheduling the shoots, managing the team, overseeing production including cast and crew, content management and distribution. In addition, I ensure that the production meets goals, remains competitive, and projects the intended brand image of the company and introduces new concepts or ideas. On a daily basis, I guide the team through communication and management as necessary, ensuring that all projects are completed and delivered on time and within budget. I am also responsible for reporting KPI’s and updating Action Plans. In addition, I make personnel decisions based on needs and performance. Responsibilities also include forging strong partnerships with internal development teams such as Marketing and Web Development as to keep the content and delivery systems current and in line with the company’s goals. In addition, I also head up Rakuten.com Shopping's social media efforts. Through increased engagement, I am bringing forth brand awareness and positive social interaction. I am working on creating compelling social campaigns using marketing initiatives such as contests and social video. I strive to get the highest return on investment from the resources the company provides while maintaining the best interests of our vendors and viewers.
