I'm a creative visionary. I see how things can be... and thrive on bringing vision to fruition.In my 7 1/2 years experience as Women's Ministry Director of Fellowship Bible Church I recruited and built a team of like minded leaders to collectively write and teach a weekly Bible study to an audience of 200+. By encouraging these leaders toward their own personal dreams and goals and helping them see the effectiveness of collaboration we were able to accomplish more together than we would have been able to do alone. The result was a successful ministry that is still going strong after my departure.As a speaker and writer I love to teach biblical principles on life and leadership. I've been a hairdresser for more than 30 years and enjoy both the creative and relational aspects. I opened my first Salon at age 23 where I employed at times up to 15 employees. The experience of business ownership gave me an opportunity to grow in leadership and business development skills.In reconciling my experience I've come to know that what I really love to do is help others be the best they can be whether it's finding and reaching their life's purpose or simply their best hairstyle. I see how things can be and thrive on helping others reach their full potential.
