As a Quality Assurance Engineer, day to day processes and projects were overseen that needed to be completed, wrote and verified test plans, and test execution summaries. Automation was created and performed where possible to ease the burden of QA. As a Build Integration Engineer, build processes were continuously run, and used for release of the latest code to QA for verification. This also included updating back-end servers with build information so reporting processes can be stream-lined by Reporting Analysts.As an Internal Tools Engineer, processes and scripts were created for easier access and understanding to back-end servers, generating catalogs for testing purposes, and providing tools and/or documentation regarding technology for easier use and access by other engineers.

Performed Quality Assurance tasks on various products including Delphi, C++ Builder, C# Builder, Delphi.NET, and Delphi for PHP. Testing included automation creation and validation of the IDE and underlying features including Refactoring, ActiveX/COM, and Source Control systems.Worked with integration to take the above products and move them into a virtualized system for easy download and immediate use without having to install. This included creating the process on how to do this with regularity so Build Integration could take over this job, as well as upgrading many of our test systems to work with this new virtualized environment (test automation etc).Managed automated systems to launch all automated tests so that as builds came out, they would be run automatically each time. Results were posted to web servers that reported progress to interested parties including management.Managed a virtualized library of operatings systems using VMWare, ranging from Windows 98 to Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit where applicable) for use by all teams both in and outside the group.Documented new processes and trained new engineers in those processes as well as with the internal automation harness for use across the product.
