• Maintain the LAN & WAN Network.• Configuring and implementing 2960, 3750 & 6509 series switches.• Troubleshooting failures in Cisco VS-S720-10G/WS-SUP720-3B Supervisor engines.• Recovering catalyst fixed configuration switches from a corrupted or missing iOS.• Upgrading iOS using tftp (Trivial File Transfer Protocol) and Password Recovery in catalyst switches.• Configuring the VLANs like DATA, IPT, AV, WIRELESS, and IPTV on 3750 and 2960 series catalyst switches.• Configuring Trunk ports between 2960, 3750, and 6509 switches to carry the VLAN information• Configuring Layer-2 and Layer-3 port channels between the devices.• Upgrading iOS in Cisco 6509 series L3 switch using eFSU process• Configuring VSS in Cisco VS-S720-10G to provide redundancy between different switch chassis.• Troubleshooting the network devices by coordinating with End user support engineers.• Monitoring and working on Fortinet, Cisco ACE, f5 Firewall.• On site troubleshooting to solve the issues whenever the network node goes down or trigger hardware issues in the HP Network Node Manager.• Generating the Internet bandwidth utilization and network devices reach-ability / availability report from the HP Network Node Manager tool.• Reserving the IP address allocated in DHCP pool to a particular MAC address.• Blocking each MAC Address from allocating through DHCP when security violation is reported.• Upgradation of cisco switches through tftp.• Managing the Data Center by daily checklist reports and monitoring the network devices.• Maintaining uptime in Network nodes and diagnosis for network issues.• Access Point Configuration and mapping in WCS.• Site survey for implementation of devices.• Logging calls with Enterprise Care and following up with vendors.• Working on CUCM/Unified Communication, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCX• Configuring Printers in Print server and mapping with the GPO for VDI
