As a Customer Services and Sales Officer at the British Council, I provide excellent customer care and support to a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, both online and offline. I also assist with the promotion and sales of the British Council's products and services, such as exams, courses, events, and publications. I have over two years of experience in the education sector, having worked as a Teaching Assistant and an Exams Invigilator at the British Council as well. I have developed and demonstrated skills in communication, interpersonal relations, organization, and problem-solving, as well as a passion for learning and cultural exchange. My goal is to contribute to the British Council's mission of creating opportunities and building connections through education and culture.
