Sales admin work. listening to customer requirements responding to incoming email and phone enquirers preparing offers preparing sheet to follow up sales work  preparing sheet for monthly target (purchase order) Making filing system for each company by projectProcess organization’s incoming mail and distribute as necessary. Ensure office is properly supplied by ordering from various vendors. Regularly check maintenance of office equipment to maintain professional quality. Oversee digital phone system and update staff directory as needed. Complete maintenance requests on behalf of office and routinely follow-up to ensure completion. Coordinate and oversee monthly staff meetings. Arrange and book all staff travel . Communicate and maintain correspondence with board members. Attend board meetings, special events and all other occasions when asked. All other duties as assigned by the President/CEO.
