I am having 5 years of experience in HR and Marketing.Job Responsibilities as a HR :•Recruitments-Initiating the job hunting process in line with client's needs & requirements and sourcing potential candidates through various sources like portals (naukri.com &monster.com), social media networking (Facebook & LinkedIn),internal database and employee referrals.Managing and Coordinating with internal team to fulfill client's requirements.Keeping track of individual and team's target.•Process Management-Managed a team.Distributed the requirements among the recruiters based on their abilities.Ensured Resource delivery by the team as per TAT agreed upon.Monitored the weekly reports of the team.Maintained various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) as per the metrics followed by the organization, consolidating the reports as and when required for decision making.Making sure that the KRA's and targets are achieved by the Recruiters.•Client Management -Involved in understanding the clients' expectations and needs , interacting withthe client for more details and acting as a Single Point of Contact ( SPOC ) for allinteractions.Consolidating all the resumes sourced and conducting preliminary screening ofthe resumes keeping in mind the clients' expectations, updating all the details in atracker format and sharing it with the client within TAT.Job Responsibilities as a BDE :•Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients and ensuring major customer satisfaction.•Planning, executing and analyzing sales and marketing related activities•Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
