Technical Sales Representative
Current• Customer service, technical sales and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with key stakeholders• Cold calling and cold canvassing, delivering presentations, debriefing clients, resolving complaints and enquiries• Managing personal diary, time and targets, sourcing own suppliers• Conducting site risk assessments• Training clients and personnel in basic spill response• Conducting various surveys, needs analyses and research• Data entry and database management, reading and interpreting technical documentation• Producing various quotes, reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and tender documentation • Performing as a strong member of a cohesive team with strict adherence to WH&S regulations
