Coordinate and schedule book-signings, act as author point of contact, coordinate company and author involvement in community organizations and events, draft and distribute book press releases and create posters for book-signings, handle book-related media relations, design and distribute New Product Announcements for Island Heritage, Island Plantations and Island Bath & Body to Account Executives and Customer Service Representatives, work with the Marketing Manager to research new promotional opportunities for Island Heritage books and multi-media products, coordinate media requests for book samples, interviews and photos, and handle copyright inquiries and author inquiries from the public.
