With a versatile background spanning over 15 years, I have cultivated a wealth of experience in talent development, higher education, marketing, brand design, and retail. My career has been characterised by continuous growth and diversification, allowing me to grow a wide-ranging skill-set. These diverse experiences have proven to be invaluable assets throughout my professional journey.As an L&D professional, my focus is on embedding learning and skill building in people's day-to-day experiences; helping them “learn in the flow of work”. In partnership with the wider global talent development team, I both curate and design learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles and organisational psychology that:- align with organisational goals- support employees’ career aspirations and - instills a culture of continuous learning that emphasises learner agency and ownership. In this roles as well as my previous roles, I have collaborated effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple concurrent programs across highly matrixed organisations and locations.
