• Promoted and marketed US Professional Studies, (CPA, CFA, CIA, CMA & SPHR) to individuals and corporates• Generated enquiries – through presentations, database collection, telemarketing, word of mouth, participating in exhibitions and other promotional activities• Recruited students as per targets• Processed candidates’ registrations, annual subscriptions, exemptions and examinations documents and payments• Liaised with awarding bodies on exemptions, examinations, admission or any other enquiry for all the candidates• Handled a two-member team under administration and marketing• Executed student grievances• Monitored all administrative activities• Created annual budgets and reconciled them with actuals • Recorded registrations and associated collections, debt collection, and followed up on bad debts if any • Created a filing system for documenting collections and sending data to overseas accountant for creating the financial statements.
