Working closely with executive leadership, in this role I am responsible for positive employee relations (ER) and workforce development activities including, employee events, workforce planning, training and staffing. Front-line responsibility for the timely and accurate administration of time keeping, benefit plan enrollment, employment records, training records, and employee training. In addition, working closely with managers and supervisors to create and maintain a high-performance culture with high levels of employee commitment.

The Associate Director of Membership provided support for the overall organization, administration, development, marketing, supervision and implementation of YMCA membership services, recruitment and retention of members. Additional responsibilities included providing direct leadership and support to the welcome center of the YMCA.

As a Member Engagement Representative (MER) I was responsible for providing support to all members, program participants, volunteers and guests; assisting them in fulfilling their needs and/or achieve their wellness goals.
