Human Resources Developmenf Manager of Alam Sutera

LDK HIMME 24/25 is a Leadership Basic Training Program organized by the Business Management Student Association (HIMME) annually. This year, LDK HIMME 24/25 was held at BINUS Alam Sutera on March 23, 2024. With the theme "Leadership Unleashed: Navigate Your Way Through Endless Innovation!", the event aims to train students in developing leadership skills, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Various activities were conducted, including LGD (leadership group discussions), the presentation of work programs, department meet and the inauguration of HIMME 2024 activists. Moreover, LDK HIMME 24/25 serves as a platform to strengthen the sense of camaraderie among HIMME activists and is utilized as a means to expand relations across different campus regions such as Kemanggisan, Senayan, and Bekasi.

During my internship as an HR Specialist, I had the opportunity to acquire extensive hands-on experience across various HR functions, significantly enhancing my practical skills and professional knowledge. Key responsibilities and accomplishments during this period include:- Recruitment & Selection: Actively participated in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and providing recommendations on potential hires. This experience refined my ability to identify talent and understand the dynamics of effective candidate evaluation.Onboarding: Facilitated the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they received comprehensive orientation and support to accelerate their adaptation to the company culture and job responsibilities.- HR Administration: Managed essential administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and tracking leave requests. This role improved my attention to detail and organizational skills.- Training & Development: Contributed to the design and organization of training programs for employees, and conducted evaluations to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives based on participant feedback.This internship not only strengthened my communication, analytical, and time management skills but also provided in-depth insights into strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources management. The experience has equipped me with a solid foundation to pursue a career in HR.

From 21 August to 1 September 2023, 30 selected students majoring in International Business Management - BINUS University attended the "Export Import Management with Simulation" training at the PPEJP Building.
