I have spent the defining years of my career at Cameron Partners. I have been with the company since the day it was formed and have been across the firm’s evolution and development over the years. As part of the leadership team, I am responsible for delivering on the firm's strategy and ensuring operational excellence. I oversee a comprehensive array of management and compliance tasks spanning finance, regulation and compliance, client engagement and CRM. Additionally, I provide strategic oversight for Information Technology and Human Resources functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives .Throughout my tenure, I've led a multitude of projects across marketing and rebranding campaigns, IT infrastructure enhancements, continuous business process design and refinement, remuneration systems, and restructurings. Additionally, I oversee property management and leasing and provide guidance to the operations team, ensuring cohesive coordination and support across all facets of the firm.Prior to joining Cameron Partners I worked for a labour market specialist and in Trust and Estate administration for a major national law firm.
