Our program participants acquire the skills required to secure meaningful employment, achieve financial resilience, and realize their highest career aspirations.For Warriors:- Career Counseling: Personalized guidance to chart a successful career path.- Job Placement Opportunities: Assistance in finding suitable employment opportunities.- Resume Writing Assistance: Support in crafting effective resumes.- Interview Preparation: Preparation to excel in job interviews.- Tools and Education for Salary Negotiation: Empowerment to negotiate fair compensation.- Networking Opportunities: Connections and networking for career advancement.For Employers:- Through collaborations and partnerships, the Warriors to Work® program educates and informs employers about the valuable, transferrable skills veterans bring to the civilian workforce. We work with employers across the nation to:- Facilitate Productive Onboarding: Streamlined onboarding processes for veterans.- Identify Optimal Roles: Match veterans with roles that best suit their qualifications.- Reduce Stigma: Dispel misconceptions about combat-related injuries and veteran employment.- Enhance Retention: Develop practices to foster long-term employment and growth for veteran employees.Every warrior's journey into civilian life is unique, and we are there for every step they take.
