As President-Elect (2009-2011), my main role was to coordinate four educational conferences each year for the membership. As President (2011-2013), I managed the association, including ensuring educational conferences, networking opportunities, and vision setting. As Immediate Past-President (2013-2015), I serve as an executive officer and consultant to the current President and President-Elect.This association is the sponsor of the MAME House Staff Salary Survey. This is a resident/fellow salary survey including all teaching hospitals in Michigan, conducted by a third party (Michigan Health Council). In 2012, I developed a GME Staff Salary Survey with Gerri Navarre, a colleague from MAODME. Our organizations co-sponsored this survey conducted via the same third party. We published the first GME Staff Salary Survey report in January 2013.

Aoa Professionals In Gme Chairperson (2009-2013); Review Board Member (2013-2014)National Board Of Certification Training Administrators Of Graduate Medical Education (Tagme) Oct 2009 - Jun 2014Tasked by TAGME with the creation of certification tools for national certification of ADME and Program Coordinators in Osteopathic Basic Standards. Founded a task force to create and pilot the certification tools. The process took longer than expected because of the unique design of Osteopathic medical education. The task force was divided into two task forces, one for each level of certification, and then recombined to a single certification and expanded to include other levels of medical education, such as OPTI officers. The certification tools were approved by the TAGME board in August 2012. At which time, the task force converted into a Specialty Review Board to oversee the certification process and annual assessment of the tool. TAGME certification of AOA Professionals began in the fall of 2012. Continued as Chairperson until after the 2013 Board of Directors meeting and stepped down to Review Board Member.
