I am a pharmacist working at two small and rural hospitals that are part of the Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA). I actively Manage Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory and Pharmacy and work very closely with these excellent teams to provide care to the patients in our communities. Since starting at LWHA I have worked with our staff to manage a pharmacy redevelopment and move, changes in relation to NAPRA standards in our Hazardous clean space, grown the Oncology program from 3 days to 5 days and worked on implementing a new mammography unit with our DI department. I am very proud of the work our teams do for the communities our hospitals service.
