As a leader in the Orange County market I generated a lot of leads through referrals. I sold my franchise after 5 years and transitioned into Multifamily and Private Lending. As a GP on over 406 doors in the multifamily space I learned a lot about flipping units at a high volume. In 2022 after selling my franchise I transitioned into the world of Private Lending.
