I started investing in Real Estate part time with rentals in 2004 as a way to grow my wealth and build my retirement. Over the next 12 years we built our single family rental portfolio. In 2016, after almost 20 years with LA Fitness as a Regional Vice President in Operations (customer service, retention, and mergers) I transitioned into Real Estate full time in 2016 when I purchased a HomeVestors Franchise in Orange County, California where I wholesaled and flipped homes for just over 4 years. As a leader in the Orange County market I generated a lot of leads through referrals. I sold my franchise after 5 years and transitioned into Multifamily and Private Lending. As a GP on over 406 doors in the multifamily space I learned a lot about flipping units at a high volume. In 2022 after selling my franchise I transitioned into the world of Private Lending. Having had a ton of experience using Hard and Private funding to finance my flips, I wanted to help others scale their businesses through the use of Private Money. It is my goal to provide a product that supports growth for our customers while providing the best customer service and experience.
