As a volunteer at the Information Desk, I answer questions about locating patients for visitors, practitioners and general directions and knowledge about the campus, run medications to the patient rooms, Operation Room and Emergency, lab specimen pickups and drop off, floral delivery to patient rooms, and help the main desk operator with anything else that.
