Sheri-Leigh is co-founding Director of NETpositive Futures where she helps organisations, teams and networks understand how sustainability links to organisational excellence. Over the years she has developed people and process, strategy and systems that embed sustainability practically, in ways that make sense of context. Most recently she has been building this work around NETpositive software to enable delivery at scale, with an example recently winning the Gold AUDE Award for Sustainability Impact.Sheri-Leigh is also Chair of the Board of Trustees for Change Agents UK, which offers recruitment services into sustainability roles, supports purposeful careers, and delivers sustainability education programmes. When she is not saving the world (or smashing the patriarchy), she is most often found gardening, reading, or roller-skating, although rarely at the same time.
