Part of the original implementation and design team responsible for the layout and build of the new ticketing system. After implementation, I continued developing and building the system including the Problem Management and Knowledge Management modules. As the in-house developer, it eliminated the need to hire outside staff to maintain the daily operations of the system. Created custom reporting and data gathering via multiple dashboards reducing the need for paper reports.
