Full P&L responsibility for Operations, expense control, revenue, sales generation for a luxury continuing care retirement community. Plans, implements, and is responsible for all aspects of community operations. Analyze company's financial results to be reported to ownership. Directly supervise department managers to meet budgeted expenditures and labor costs. Support Sales and Marketing to generate leads and grow revenue. Select accomplishments include:• Driving force year-over-year of successful financial results and high customer satisfaction.• Through best practices, trained managers on how to increase financial savvy, ownership and improve operations. This was used as a model for other communities in the portfolio.• Labor Management – review labor hours budget with department heads and developed metrics to reduce overtime.

• Responsible for monthly financial statement preparation for 5 locations.• Analyze and interpret monthly financials with each company. Review key performance indicators and develop plan for improvements.• Managing and preparing annual budgets for each company.• Report weekly projected revenues and projected NOI for the month. • Cash Management – Review daily cash sweeps, process draws, reconcile all bank statements, and credit card transactions.• Responsible for credentialing and negotiating reimbursement rates. • Manage accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections to effectively manage cash flow and reduce day’s sales outstanding. • Review all accounts payable for accurate contract billing • Review payroll for accuracy and approve check registers. Review bi-weekly analysis of changes in labor expense.• Calculate monthly sales commissions.• Establish policies and procedures to effectively protect the organizations assets. • Assist with due diligence of acquisitions, projections and implementation of transition upon closing.• Manage department staff, identify training needs, and monitor performance. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Navision Software. Experience in Tableau report writing via Homecare Homebase software.
