CLARKSON POOLS 2022-currentOperations Manager Responsible for all aspects of pool construction, from ground break to post plaster service. • Plan and organize production schedules for all in-house field staff and sub-contractors for all phases of pool construction and tracking daily construction progress, with the support of the Construction Coordinator(s), to ensure we are meeting PBJC expectations for scheduling, quality, and job site cleanliness. • Resolve schedule conflicts between subcontractors, in-house field staff, material suppliers, etc. to avoid delays or project disruptions. • Manage Foreman/Supervisor’s schedules to ensure quality assurance inspection of each phase before moving to next phase and confirm all required county inspections are scheduled and passed to ensure disruption free construction schedule. • Manage warehouse with the support of Warehouse Coordinator to maintain organization, cleanliness, accurate warehouse inventory counts, and ensure all material check-out orders are issued, picked, and ready for construction teams when needed. • Responsible for interfacing with Customer Care team to provide job updates and ensure communication/messaging is meeting customer and PBJC expectations. • Data collection to be applied as a Change Maker for Process Improvement

Oversaw full lifecycle production process including blending and molding of polymer compounds, CNC machining of seals from less than 1/4-inch diameter to 10 feet in diameter, spring winding, and shipping. • Led factory transformation to Improve on-time-delivery from 76% to over 97% by identifying problematic process areas within materials, machines, tools, and shift scheduling.• Implemented improved processes for optimal workflow planning, eliminated unnecessary wait time, and developed different systems to enable enhancement across the inventory management process.

Oversaw operations and managed daily workflow activities across 2 shared mail manufacturing facilities in both Denver and Salt Lake City.
