I am currently a Vice President for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage where I am a Product Owner in Innovation. As such, I am responsible for managing enhancements to the Berkadia suite of technology applications as well as helping to design and implement future technology solutions and process innovations. I bring to this role a wealth of business experience from my prior role at Berkadia. Most recently, I was responsible for managing the Investor Reporting Group where I successfully implemented the offshore investor reporting functions in Berkadia’s Hyderabad, India office. I was also instrumental in other Investor Reporting initiatives including recruitment and training of staff, system development and integration, updating policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry policy, guidelines and standards. In addition to the above, I am currently the President of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Watchung, which I have been since 2019. Club members are primarily from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Our club is very active in rescue, conformation, obedience, draft, agility, herding, rally, and therapy dog work. I am also the President of Suburban Dog Training Club. Our mission is to encourage obedience training of both purebred and mixed-breed dogs, to conduct classes for training dogs and their handlers and to provide, by way of our demo teams, entertainment for schools and for people in charitable institutions, nursing homes and hospitals.On a personal note, I am married to Chuck Wagner, who works full time for Aegis Software and is Assistant Chief of Sellersville Fire Company, where I am also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. We have a son, Troy, who is 29 years old. I love dogs, they are my family and my passion! I primarily grew up with German Shepherds and hunting dogs. I currently have 4 Bernese Mountain Dogs: Daisy (8), Roary (6), and Tucker (5); and Gemma (1). I train my dogs in various sports like Obedience, Rally, Agility, Draft, and as Certified Therapy Dogs. I also compete as an Owner-Handler in Conformation. I am a firm believer in collaborative innovation and teamwork and practice it constantly. I am always looking to learn new things and for areas to improve.
