They want a virtual event producer to manage the backend and allow their trainers to focus on delivering content and taking care of attendees.Prior to launching Way Beyond Ordinary in 2012 spent 20 years in leadership roles in Learning & Development and Event Management. So, I'm more than a producer. I'm an experienced instructional designer, facilitator, trainer, leader, project manager and event manager.
