Now a national firm, Measurement Resources increases the capacity ofnon-profit and government sector organizations through high-performance practices and datadriveninsights.In 2018, I launched SureImpact to automate and simplify the process of collecting and sharingoutcomes and impact data. SureImpact is rooted in my thought leadership on public sector evaluation and applied organizational research.I'm the author of Impact & Excellence: Data-Driven Strategies for Aligning Mission, Culture, andPerformance in Nonprofit and Government Organizations (Jossey Bass, 2014).I am passionate about women’s equity and the advancement of girls. I am a Columbus ChapterPast President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a Commissioner for theColumbus Women’s Commission for the Mayor’s. I hold a Master of Arts degree inIndustrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Sciencein Psychology from The Ohio State University.
