I created detailed projections for a startup manufacturing company (Nutritional Laboratories Int’l), which we incorporated in 1997. I developed the finance department and created the initial set of books (using Quick Books). I designed and implemented accounting policies and procedures, internal controls and financial statement formats in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). I created the book depreciation schedules, debt amortization schedules and was responsible for risk management and administration.
