Maintain and update courses and modules. Motivation of staff, Job analysis, Job Evaluations, Salary Surveys Compensation. Selection and Recruiting, Performance Appraisals. Auditing – Check on conformance of Procedures and protocols.

Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs, schedule and co-ordinate training courses, facilitating in Industrial relations matters. Compile Training manuals. Perform training analyses, Maintain and update courses and modules. Implement training policies and strategies. Regular training to up skill staff. Training conducted in groups and also one on one. Compiled and delivered training on life skills, e.g. Conflict Resolution. Motivate staff, Audit – Check on conformance, i.e. procedures and protocols. Up-skill Team Leaders. - Give advice and direction to Team leaders.

Dealing with Insurance Companies & handling all account queries, collections of monies due and reconciliation.
