Entering the manufacturing industry in late 2020. Starting in basic administration, it was quickly evident that the initial role required a more physical and hands on approach. For a period of time I was assisting in Spare parts, customer service and stock control. This allowed me to grasp a great understanding of the industry and has been a main contributing factor to my growth within the 3 years working within the industry. With an emphasis on Customer Service I quickly transitioned to assisting with sales, while in my original role.Making the transition to Sales at the start of 2023.I pride myself on the ability to ascertain a customers requirement to ensure we are working towards the best outcome with regards to build spec and application.
