ICS2 Programme -> The European Commission is building the Import Control System release 2 (ICS2), a central system to which all data concerning imported goods will be sent. IPC’s ICS2 solution is designed to map electronic data messages through IPC’s Message Exchange Platform from the postal EDI format to the EU’s Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) format. IPC's centralised ICS2 solution allows the postal operators to comply with the new obligations in a streamlined way and at a lower cost.2. GCSS Modernisation -> The Global Customer Support System (GCSS) is a platform whereby postal operators worldwide can exchange information on barcoded items to solve customer queries. Linking 290 postal call centres globally in 190 countries, GCSS is a web-based application enabling the exchange of inquiries between postal operators’ customer service departments.3. STORM Migration -> The underlying platform is being migrated in part to MicroStrategy (reports) and other systems for the utilities and download features.4. ITMATT 4.0 Release -> ITMATT messages are processed by IPC for Interconnect, KPG, EMS and PRIME agreements and is part of a continuous release train.5.
