As the senior recruitment consultant with AusNet Services, Melbourne, I was initially engaged to recruit for an IT project. My contract was extended and I now work as a senior recruitment consultant. I provide end-to-end recruitment support for all permanent, fixed-term and contractor resources. Approached to relocate to New Zealand to work within a large SAP and business transformation program, my role was varied. In this role I managed the full cycle recruitment and resourcing process within the program. This included screening candidates, conducting phone screenings and interviews, participating in the assessment centre and conducting reference checks.
