Part of the Perth WA Field team, performing remote and onsite support to clients. The role covered all levels of technical support from general password resets to resolving server and network outages. In addition to the technical aspect, there was also a great deal of consultancy work. This involved meeting with clients to discuss upcoming IT projects, creating Scope of Works and Bill of Materials.

Embedded Engineer at a large K – 12 school, working in an onsite team of 4, that supported 1300 students, 160 staff and 800 endpoints. Day to day duties would consist of general end user support and server and network administration. During my 16-month stint I was involved in a number of key projects that consisted of the rollout of a BYOD program to the senior school. Managing a campus wide enterprise grade Meraki wireless network to support the adoption of the student BYOD. Assisted with the installation of a new zero touch imaging solution (SCCM) to rapidly increase the deployment of SOE images to company owned end points. Plus, multiple server and application migrations, and network appliance upgrades.Prior to joining the Anittel field team as a Systems Engineers, I also filled in as the Embedded Team Leader for 5 months. This role had the added responsibilities of being an escalation point for any major issues, ticket board management, reporting to the onsite EBM and head office SDM.

Working as a IT Consultant/Systems Engineer at an IT Services company in Adelaide, that specialised in both core IT Infrastructure and LOB Application Support. The role varied from level 1 support, up to designing, selling and installing solutions for clients. These consisted of on premise, cloud and hybrid approaches.
