Recently established an Outpatient Lactation Services role as of August 2020. Due to Covid, the organization set up outpatient support in a safe and controlled setting via a local pediatrician's office in Menlo Park. Providing in-person and telehealth appointments Monday through Friday, phone and email advice, scheduling, EPIC charting, and billing. Focusing on proper positioning and latch, milk transfer, building milk supply, mastitis management, plugged milk ducts/nipple pores management, engorgement, slow weight gain, compromised nipple tissue healing, thrush, oral investigations for tongue or lip ties, postpartum emotional and mental health, reassurance, and overall support for our family's feeding choices. When I was In-patient at the hospital, my consultations focused on term/late pre-term infants, maternal support for infants separated in the NICU/ICN/CVICU, latching, positioning, hand expression/pumping, building supply, colostrum collection, milk transfer, weight gain, bilirubin levels, sore nipples, discharge plans, and charting in EPIC.

Pre-natal patient education, lactation consultations, pump education, support groups and retail.

Family Birth Center at Mills-Peninsula Hospital, worked with newborns and families to initiate proper breastfeeding practices, SCN support, charting on both newborn and mother, discharge care plans, and census follow-up.

Massage therapist provided deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, and hot stone massage. Included spa treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and spray tanning. Certified endermologist.

Executive administrative support for VP's of Marketing, CIO, and CTO.

Administrative support for all members of the office. Train other company's receptionists on how to be the First Impression. Travel through US and Canada with event planning and set up for one to five day conferences.
