Associate Director Of Improvement
CurrentI play a pivotal role in development and delivery of the Trust’s improvement programme and quality strategy. Providing an expert resource to advise on the aims, milestones and success of projects; contribute to setting organisational priorities to deliver the Trusts three strategic priorities and will be a key contributor to building an organisational culture of innovation and improvement and build capability across the organisation. Enabling, ‘quality improvement’ will become “the way we do things” across Chelsea and Westminster Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the methodology will become increasingly recognised internally and externally. Leading on central improvement function across the trust including development and coordination of the Trust’s improvement programme, including key Trust-wide programmes, quality priorities, GIRFT, CQC, deep dives, QIA. Ensuring accurate and robust improvement reporting both internally and externally following our quality governance structure. Lead on the delivery of QI education and training programmes; through corporate induction, management fundamentals and emerging leaders. Development of plans to address priority performance and improvement opportunities to support the directorates and divisions to deliver.
