I play a pivotal role in development and delivery of the Trust’s improvement programme and quality strategy. Providing an expert resource to advise on the aims, milestones and success of projects; contribute to setting organisational priorities to deliver the Trusts three strategic priorities and will be a key contributor to building an organisational culture of innovation and improvement and build capability across the organisation. Enabling, ‘quality improvement’ will become “the way we do things” across Chelsea and Westminster Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the methodology will become increasingly recognised internally and externally. Leading on central improvement function across the trust including development and coordination of the Trust’s improvement programme, including key Trust-wide programmes, quality priorities, GIRFT, CQC, deep dives, QIA. Ensuring accurate and robust improvement reporting both internally and externally following our quality governance structure. Lead on the delivery of QI education and training programmes; through corporate induction, management fundamentals and emerging leaders. Development of plans to address priority performance and improvement opportunities to support the directorates and divisions to deliver.

• Develop visual concepts and creative direction for Likealatte's branding and marketing efforts.•Establish and maintain Likealatte's visual identity across all platforms, including digital and print media.• Develop and execute Likealatte's vision and strategy.As the Creative Director for Likealatte, I play a critical role in the visual development and branding efforts of the restaurant. Working with the owner to establish a vision and strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the restaurant. Reflected through Likealatte's social media presence, website, and communications to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand.

My role is to lead the central team that has been established to coordinate the Trust’s quality improvement programme and act as Oxleas internal resource for improvement science. I support the Trust by leading on Qi initiatives with my improvement expertise, providing critical support and challenge to the clinical service in order for them to deliver, scale up and spread change ideas that have been tested in small teams. I have also had the pleasure in supporting the trust to design and embed a quality management framework structure allowing high priority improvement projects to thrive within the infrastructure. As well as this I advise and design specialist learning events and training programmes to facilitate the progress of Qi projects, monitoring and maintaining progress of projects through collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders - presenting/publishing information where needed to push the project along and/or present the working that’s been undertaken.During my time at Oxleas I have supported quality improvement team (who were establish in 2018) on the next phase of their journey to deliver ‘quality’ Qi projects rather then a large ‘quantity’ aligning their projects to the Trust Strategic policy, and how we use these projects to embed a sustainable continuous learning culture within staff. Ensuring that service users, carers, families and support networks are a part of the redesigning systems processes as their views are integral to improvement work. Ensuring that we deliver quality patient centered care, but putting them first, whilst being responsive and supportive to patients and staff alike, treating everyone with respect, compassion and dignity to deliver a continuously improving quality of care.

I lead and support the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Facilitators and the Quality Improvement Auditor's development and implementation of projects through project design, analysis, report preparation, dissemination of audits, action planning of all aspects of audit cycle and quality improvement. This includes National Audit requirements, NICE Guidance compliance, assisting with CQUIN data requirements where needed, local quality outcomes monitoring and other data returns as required. As well as contributing to the achievement of the quality priorities as detailed in the Trust's annual Quality Account, as a key resource for the Trust in contributing to the development of clinical audit and quality improvement. Whilst working collaboratively to continuously improve the systems, structures and processes of care delivery and clinical outcomes, contributing to the achievement of the Quality Improvement Priorities.

To be the contract lead for specified contracts within the organisations portfolio, and where required provide support to the Company Secretary in relation to other contracts within the portfolio. With an emphasis on integrated working and shared responsibility, to work closely with project and programme leads within the team to deliver the following:• Delivery of contracts in line with agreed plans and budgets; supporting all areas of the annual commissioning cycle from the planning and negotiation of contracts to the performance management of providers against targets;• Proactive identification and understanding of any reasons for in year variances to contract schedules; timely communication with relevant colleagues, taking forward actions with providers to resolve issues;• Provision of contractual support and advice to programmes, Service Re-design, Procurement and Operational Team, particularly in the development of business cases.• Provision of support to the team to facilitate an understanding of contracts and performance, providing advice on targeted actions to help manage contracted activity levels and budgets;• Presentations on contract performance to various meetings e.g. project teams, executive directors.

I play an integral role in the delivery of one or more projects, leading work streams and making effective use of project support resources as required, as well as providing support to other areas of the team. Including, contributing to the delivery of large scale change programmes through day to day delivery of projects, including developing and leading the team in the delivery of project plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and current options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the project. As well as driving transformation with value for money in planning, commissioning and service, with a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.

Support the development, implementation and monitoring of programmes of clinical audit and quality improvement throughout the Trust to benefit patient care and experience. Acting as a key resource for specific service lines and clinical divisions in contributing to the development of audit and quality improvement programmes. Working with a range of healthcare professionals, organizing, prioritising as well as manage individual projects from inception through to the quality improvement stage, giving expert advice and support of the clinical audit cycle. My role also includes facilitation of national and trust-wide projects and informing the relevant staff members through clinical governance meetings in order to reinforce the importance of high quality clinical care, and steps needed to achieve this and where need be escalate issues to the Trusts Clinical Audit Group and stakeholders

Provide comprehensive project management and administrative support to the Quality and Clinical Excellence Directorate, to ensure board assurance through robust systems of risk management and clinical audit. During my time in this role I also had to act up as Clinical Effectiveness Manger for several months, whilst awaiting appointment of a new manager to ensure that the department produced the required monthly reports for stakeholders. Supporting clinicians and managers to maintain accurate lock risk registers (using Datix), promoting awareness of risk management, through risk assessing, incident reporting and handling. Managing the clinical audit database, supporting clinical staff to identify areas for audit (using NICE guidance and other standards), develop appropriate audit tools and report audit outcome.
