The OrasInvest subsidiary of Collect is the largest collections agency in Egypt , working mainly in collecting bad debts for the telecom and the banking sector, my role was to manage the operations of the company in Egypt using more than 200 collectors servicing valued clients such as Vodafone , Mobinil , Citibank and BNP PARIBAS.• Selecting , recruiting , training and coaching a team of 200 empolyees. • Geographical coverage Planning considering territory priorities using 4 regional offices.• Quality Control and quality assurance Planning to reduce fraud to the minimum.• Preparing and maintaining the operational processess and proceduers.• Achiving a yearly collected amount of $ 2M form the bad debts with a success rate of 45%.
