Sherif's span of work for the 17 years he spent at Xerox, covered several company branches, affiliates, sister companies as well as head quarters. He has worked closely will ALL company levels: senior to middle managers and down to sales representatives. He developed and delivered training programs in several countries in the Middle East and Africa, as well as Asia, Europe and the USA. He led the cultural change to TQM in Xerox, by training and developing top management providing tools and techniques, identifying pitfalls and ways of closing gaps. He helped company leaders develop their skills to build & recharge their teams. After Xerox, Sherif expanded to several major multinational companies like Nestle, Maersk Sealand , 3M, American Express, Mercedes¬ Benz, Mantrac, Orascom, MobileCom , as well as being the preferred trainer to develop the staff of training providers like AmCham, EBI, IMI, Ipsos &Top Business. Sherif has done his share of overseas travel in Denmark, Dubai, Jordan and Syria (through Syrian European Business Center SEBC). His close work with top management on vision documentation, mission statement development, objectives setting and cascading skills and knowledge to company teams, led to many great business achievements. Sherif is a certified trainer from the Document University, Leesburg,Virginia USA and Xerox Training Center in Newport Pagnel , UK. He trains the Cambridge International Examination diploma for trainers and teachers. He writes/gets quoted in business publications like Management Today, Business Monthly, as well as getting invited as a guest speaker for major business events in Egypt and other countries. Sherif writes his weekly column "Get Down To Business" for the Egyptian Gazette business section ( check the business section in egyptiangazette.net) .
