• Overall responsibility for all the site construction works in accordance with the project scope, schedule, cost and quality.• Manage project from initiation to closure.• Planning site activities in detail, Setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.• Monitoring, Controlling of all activities time to time and coordinate the site for its execution.• Manage daily activities of project construction personnel including technical support.• To guide and lead a team/subcontractors to achieve desired progress and to take adequate corrective action to ensure project completion within specified time and budget.• Ensure that all the material used, and that work executed in line with contract requirements.• Maintain a strong and effective professional working relationship with the Client, Consultant, Site project Team, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.• Resolve any issue and problems throughout the project life cycle.• Follows and promotes established project standards, processes and procedures, examines and inspects work progress and site construction to ensure specifications are met.• Ensuring that all quality control, Environmental, Health and safety requirements are met.• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.• Track and report on project milestones, periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities and provide status report for higher-level management and clients.• Coordinate with Client, consultant and other members of engineering team to determine projectRequirements, changes and adjustments.• Dealing with internal and client technical queries and requests.
