▪ Develop projects to generate revenues & credibility for the company.▪ Preparing Project’s Development brief.▪ Participating in preparing the project business process.▪ Ensure Submission of Masterplan, Subdivision plan & all impact studies to Authorities.▪ Prepare of Project development budgets for Management approvals.▪ Liaise with all consultants Overseas/local to monitor the design development ensuring the development brief is complied & the budgets are managed.▪ Liaise with Marketing to prepare all the marketing materials.▪ Liaise with projects department, to ensure that the development brief, drawings & approved budget all are complied.▪ Liaise with Project Management, to ensure that works are complied to the master schedule & are the needed updates are in place.▪ Member of the new lands acquisition committee, preparing the brief to run the needed Feasibility.▪ Liaise with Sales for all the pre-launch orientations.

Reporting to MD.Preparing the Handover Budget, CCM, Revenue recognition plan.Preparing the MBOs and KPIs of the department in accordance to the MBOs of the company. Preparing the yearly strategic business plan of the department including but not limited to: Expected work scope in relation to past years and how to accommodate it and setting the targets for the New Year in co-ordination with the Development Dep. Preparing the needed Recruitment plan according to the expected works scope. Preparing a list of lessons learned from previous practice and transforming them into alterations and adjustments to the existing process. Highlighting the expected external risks and assumptions that could affect our operations for the top Management with suggested preventative solutions. Responsible for the handover process of Marassi, Up Town Cairo, and Mivida projects. Managing the teams of all three projects, with a total number of subordinates of 18. Reviewing weekly reports from each project to assure smooth work flow, and resolve issues affecting it. Preparing Bi-Weekly & Monthly reports about work progress and performance assessment. Attending Bi-weekly progress meetings with the top management to report the progress and address any issues. Coordinating with Majority of departments to facilitate any obstacles and to share our feedback to the concerned departments.Started as Handover Executive at Feb. 2013
