Responsibilities & tasks assigned during this period included:• Handling the diaries of Audit Team Members for Egypt Team • Allocation of auditors based on their competency matrix • Communication and coordination with clients for audit booking, auditor selection based on the technical competency & coding System requirements, • Managing the Sales Process • Follow up of CAPs and pre-review approvals required • Handling of customer complaints, • Review, update and maintain the competency of auditors, • Planning the qualifying reviews and witness audits to ensure validity of technical codes & auditor competency or ER Team, • Managing certification cycle (application review, gap analysis (pre-assessment), initial assessment, surveillance and recertification assessment visits)• Ensure conformity to requirements • Ensure certification process is performed and maintained according to the requirements of ISO 17021, • Development of Corrective Action Plans and follow up on them until satisfactory effective closure, • Review and approval of Sales proposals and ensure their compliance with accreditation requirements,• Managing several projects
