Such events can include cloud coverage or to the detection of interesting contents in newly acquired data. Therefore, an additional software component shall be embedded into the onboard software that performs near-real-time re-planning and re-commanding. To achieve this, the onboard component is assisted by respectively extended functions of the ground mission planning, which prepare complex calculations in advance and provide the results via tele-commands.More information about VAMOS:http://elib.dlr.de/89409/1/OnboardSchedulingWithinFireBIRD_submission%20_6.pdfhttp://elib.dlr.de/84313/1/IFAC2013_VAMOS_03.pdf More information about BIROS:https://directory.eoportal.org/web/eoportal/satellite-missions/content/-/article/biros Show less

Studying and simulating Earth like exoplanets Atmosphere. Imaging exoplanets is very difficult given that, the planets brightness is very small compared to stars also its far away from us. As a consequence the alternative way to study exoplanets is to investigate their atmosphere which answers some of the questions about the planets composition and habitability.
